WARRANTY POLICY
Redline offers a one year warranty on most items. If it is not in the product description, that particular item does not come with a warranty. For warranty work, call us first at 731-571-0766. We may be able to help you through a problem before you need to send it in. If you need to send it back, the item must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Once it arrives, it will be evaluated and you will be notified of our findings. Questions welcome.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days of customer receipt. Customer must call Redline at 731-234-3477 prior to shipping and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. We offer a refund of item cost only when received in the same condition as it was sent. Refunds are given using the same method as payment. Customer pays return shipping.
SHIPPING INFO
It is our goal to ship all items as quickly as possible and relay the tracking # with the shipping company to each customer. If there is an issue when your item arrives, please contact the shipping company and Redline (731-234-3477) immediately. We do our best to pack each item with care and attention to detail.
