In Addition...

In an effort to go paperless, we now request that customers send an email address so that we may send copies of estimates, quotes, and receipts.

 

Customers are sent a complete quote for approval.  Jobs are considered approved when a credit card is provided for security.  Cards are not charged until the work is completed.

 

Estimates are good for 14 days after given.  If not approved/denied in that time frame, a storage fee of $5 per day will be added.

 

Expedite service is available for $50. The job is shipped within 5 business days.

 

Please notify Redline if your work is to be completed for a “driver” or a “show” car.

 

Returned check charge: $55.00

 

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express  PayPal, or cleared check.  We also accept United States Postal Service money orders.  No other type of money order is accepted.

 

Jobs are shipped after payment satisfaction.

 

Redline is not responsible for international customs, tariffs, other fees, etc.

One Year Warranty

This warranty covers any gauge repaired by Redline Gauge and Clock Repair that has been properly installed and maintained.  Damage caused by customer or installation shop is not covered.  A copy of the original invoice must be included.  

​

We do not warranty Aftermarket gauge repair.

RETURN POLICY

If merchandise reaches you in a damaged condition, contact the carrier, i.e. USPS, UPS, or FedEx, AND Redline immediately.  All claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made within 30 days of invoice date.  Contact Redline before returning damaged goods or broken merchandise.  Original invoice must accompany the returned item.  Redline is not responsible for any damage claims not reported within 30 days of invoice date.
